i'd have a....wait...i was going to say that i'd have a 951S but then i remembered that i cant affort that car...the tax is 5 times bigger than my 924...the insurance is twice as big and the maintainance is...well...bigger.
so what i would want would be my 924 to have AC,ABS and power steering. _________________ Supercharger and EFI kits

Somehow the content of my 924 fueltank is always insufficient
It would be really helpfull if I had free admittance to petrol at every gasstation through Europe!
…pretty pretty please

Anything, anything Porsche related?
Well since it says ANYTHING.
How about 1000 brand new GT3`s.
How about 10000 then.
Make it an even million.
I could save Porsche, and the European economy. Then sell all but 10 or 20, and retire happily.
Merry Xmas to all you dreamers. _________________ World`s quickest 924 2L slushbox

Slam: Just convert the sunroof to manual, its very easy. I did it on my 44 for $30.
For myself I think a lift would be very nice.
Maybe a nice 931 too. |

375 horsepower going to the wheels of either of my 924s (with the 2.0 L engine) without them blowing up in the process. _________________ 1977 Porsche 924 - sold

Cedric, sorry to upset you, but getting fresh paint and probably an IC as I write!!
Car is in the bodyshop with a fully stripped body and getting Alpine White over Guards Red paint, new Safety Devices cage going in during Jan, can't wait for Feb when its all done. Looks like I getting my wish.
I'd also like a non rattling rack and LSD.
PS, I was in Stockholm on Monday. Brief visit but hope to be back again in the New Year. _________________ 1980 931 - forged pistons, Piper cam, K27/26 3257 6.10 hybrid turbo, 951 FMIC, custom intake, Mittelmotor dizzy & cam pulley, H&S exhaust, GAZ Gold, Fuch'ed, Quaife

Another bay to my garage, so I could pull the 931 in out of the winter, pull the engine, and get started on the rebuild that's already over a year overdue.. _________________ Vaughan Scott

I could answer that question in several ways...
A reasonable wish would be that I can register my 924.
A somewhat more substantial wish would be for registration, a supercharger, a paint-job and A/C for the same 924.
A rather more unattainable wish would be all of the above, a proper indoor workshop and time and effort to play on it.
A more grandiose wish would be for a mid-'80s 911 Targa.
Moving into the realm of day-dreaming, a current 911 Targa 4 would be nice. In red.
And for the super-ultimate wish, I'd want a Porsche to make an offspring of a Panamera and a Cayman (or Boxster): flat-six in the front, four seats and two doors in the back. And then to give me one.
Wade. |
