Your welcome!
I'm starting to lurk again. Withdrawal pains are getting pretty bad. I still have the ol' 79 but it hasn't run in a couple years. I have a new friend with a bad ass 1970 Ford Torino 351 Cleveland 4brl. I'd like to spank him in the quarter then do circles around him!!
Sucks working far from home.

Nice
Did you already find a welder to fabricate your aluminium manifold? Maby Twan from www.jeroentjetuning.nl can help you weld it up. He is an excellent welder and their garage is in Haaren near Tilburg. _________________ Porsche 924 2.0 Kompressor 136.1wHp @ 5650rpm / 201.9wNm @ 3900rpm (dyno @ dp-engineering.nl) |

You will have to make yourself a second setup to hold it and machine in two steps. CAD will help you design that since you can project the part on to the workholding you design. I did something like that in this thread and it required a machined setup just to hold it. Your machine coordinates (offset) should be the same for both parts.

I am also in the process of machining a flange like yours for the car in the thread above. I will make something to hold it after machining some and then machine the rest. So far I only have the design 80% done in CAD and the material.
You are doing an amazing job! I like to see how hard you are working on this. You should start a paypal donation site. _________________ 1980 931 since 1989
