I heard an interesting stat a couple of nights ago while sitting in a sports bar in Toronto. There are only four teams who have never scored a goal in the world cup. Canada, Greece, and I don't remember the other two.

While we are on the topic of Germans, I just came home from a Scorpions concert! It was there farewell tour.

A bunch of overpaid, arrogant, half-witted fools kicking a pigs bladder round a field while a stadium of dullards blows plastic horns at them?

Whats not to like?

Hell, what about the US game? Coming from 2 goals down and then to have the winning goal taken back - what a game that was!

England aren't - that's for sure!

Not if their showing against Algeria last night is anything to go by...

If i make only one point..... England remain undefeated!

We will see. If noting else, a loose next Wednesday playing against Slovenia will mean Capello is history. Good riddance, we can't have an Italian in charge (nothing against Italians but it's just not cricket).
Our players just want to go home to be with their families, drink beer and eat barbequed meat, just like the rest of us. There is no passion from the the England camp with that goof ball at the helm. Roll on Brazil 2014

Scorp, i feel for you down under getting up early to watch. The games here in the UK are at lunchtime, early afternoon and early evening

Point taken, Paula.

But you can't win a tournament by drawing every game...
