Hi ,My Car doenst got a Plug like that in it , Ive had my Stereo out a few times , and theres Defnetly no such thing in my car. My Best guess is , One is for Rem (3.3V) , Brown- Earth , Other to Might be 12V+ , But a Volt Meter Can confirm my theory

Normally I'd expect:

Permanent 12v
Ignition 12v
Ground (Brown)

The other wire might be for the electric aerial (raise when radio on, standard on some cars) or a light connection (so the radio does bright/dim with the lights, unlikely on a 30 year old car but possible)

You also need to find the 4 speaker wires.

Easily checked with a meter.

The 3.3 Volt Wire is for like Arial to go up as soon as the Radio Is Turned on , but on my case , i use it for my Amp , As soon as my Radio Turns On my Amp Turns On

First question......does your car have the separate fader control switch? If so you'll want to eliminate it.....
You'll see 2 sets of wires going into it, the 4 sets coming out for the speakers.....they will be white and white w/ black stripe, and 3 other different colors (I forget what they are), use a 9 volt battery to "pop" them to see which is which.....the black striped will be the neg for the speaker.....

For power connections.....
Use a multimeter or test light to confirm, you'll have....

12v+ constant (battery for memory.....yellow wire on the aftermarket cd)

12v+ switched (comes on with key.......red wire on the aftermarket cd)

Ground (will be the brown wire....black wire on the aftermarket cd)

Atatched to the antenna lead in the car is a thin black wire if your antenna is in the windshield, hook that up to the blue wire on the new radio as it powers the stock antenna booster, if its not there you won't use the blue
