You'll need a bellhousing, clutch, flywheel and motor mounts.
Depending on the length of the available bellhousings you may need to shorten the torque tube and/or weld an adapter in place. Luckily they are steel and while unweidly they aren't impossible to modify.
Since you have an early car, the torque tube isn't the strongest, nor does it have a common clutch spline so you'd be better off upgrading to a newer tube from a 924 turbo, 924s or 944 with the matching transmission.
then you have to get the engine to fit in the engine bay (clearing the steering rack, crossmember, etc) This might require altering the hood, firewall, engine bay or oil pan.
After all of that work, you still have to sort the electrics. _________________ Stefan

4G63 is good,
but a 4G63T, from a VR4 or Early evo is even better,
People still put the 4G63T rods into the 4G93T's from the later model Evo's, because they are stronger, and handle more power and revs. _________________ 924 N/A snailshell, superpro linkage bushes, 2.5"exhaust

It will be alot of work, but don't let that stop you. I'm in the middle of putting a Audi 5 pot turbo into my 944. It needs to be something that you will enjoy doing though, its going to take a while. Good luck! _________________ currently: 1987 944 NA 5spd, 250 lb hyper coils, 27 mm t bars, koni yellows, 968 m030 bars,,RE ball joints, full delrin
