I have some problems with my 924 S euro version. First of them is increasing RPMs after start up of engine - almost immediately after switching the engine on RPMs are increasing from 1200 up to 2000 and not stabilizing(after that i shut down the engine manually). Second problem is variable RPMs (the range of "waveing" RPMs is from 1200-1600 and they can jump like that for a long time).
I suspect idle stabilizer and AFM...any other sugestions? _________________ The roads are waiting, but not yet my Porsche |

I'm assuming they mean the idle air control (IAC) valve. _________________ '84 944 -White, Brown interior
