Watch the video please.

This happens most of the time I startup. I usually have to give it gas to stay alive, and at first startup will have to pump a bit- and even if I do, the first time it will kill. What is happening here?

Your radio isn't turned up loud enough. Crank it more and we won't be able to hear the problem at all!

If my fuel system on my 931 is operating properly (and this is a big if on any 924,) and what you describe occurs, I usually have the mixture set too lean.

No. THis happens after sitting. If I start it up right away in the morning it will do this, but if I've driven it around for awhile and park it,then start it back up, it'll fire just fine.

Then your problem is probably the warm up regulator. Mine did the same when I bought it. I cleaned the intake of the wur, it was clogged with dirt. That means that the wur was always giving the hot pressure to the fuel distributor. And that's why your car starts fine when it is hot, but it doesn't start fine when cold.

Get a CIS test. $60 from JCWhitney. You need one. Get one. Learn to use it. You need one to work on these cars.

I got the Fuel injection Tester today. I need to know the assembly though. The options include the Typical Hook-Up, Standard Schrader Valve Hook-Up and Volkswagen Hook-Up. (A,B,C, v)
Which hook up should I use?

Also, some information at what I need to be looking at is important! Never used one of these. Thanks much!

Haha. Umm, okay, I'll send you some pictures of my hands if you want?

But, what do my hands have to do with the CIS Tester?
