Why is it so hard to find the right type of calipers?
So Today I decided to look again for Front Calipers for my 924...
I have Front disks/ rear drums th 4 lug pattern
I was looking at calipers and it looks as though the front calipers may have been used as Rear calipers for cars of later years?
Is this true?

Or is this just labeled wrong?
Cause the calipers that I took off the car look exactly like them only thing is it doesn't say the bore so I can make sure its the right size...

Hey if I get my brakes working and fix the Lower rocker panel and the drivers side damage from when the guy who had it before me slid off the road this could be my first car |

| I too live in Illinois. Lets party! By the way, I have some 924S calipers rotors hubs and steering knuckles in my shed. |

No the front 4-bolt calipers are not the same as the rear 5-bolt calipers.
The same rear calipers can be used on 77 924 cars (if you do a 5-bolt conversion), and 88 924S cars. |
