ive just put a second hand fuel pressure accumulator off a running car with no problems on to my car but still having the hot start issue is there any point in buying a brand new accumumalator or are there other things to look at first
if so what?
and also where can i get a new fuel pressure accumulator from or does someone have the part number for the accumulator so i can check my local dealer

Before any more spending, use a pressure tester to ascertain whether your problem is being caused by failure to maintain pressure after shutdown.

If so, the cause can lie in the accumulator (likely bad if factory installed), fuel pump check valve, primary pressure regulator, leaking CSV, or leaking injectors.

well i can elimante a few of those because i put in brand new 4 injectors and a brand new fuel pump check valve,
what is the primary pressure regulator and where is it and also what is CSV again where is it
what it is i had a second hand accumulator but thinking i might need brand new one just dont know where t get one thanks

Yes, expensive, but it sure is nice when your car fires up with a momentary click of the starter.

what is the pressure supposed to be after shutdown, also what else can cause the hot start problem if i have pressure after shutdown
