Over 100 front engine Porsches will be coming together in one place and time at Mid Ohio on August 15-17. Today's 944Fest is more than just a car show, it's a weekend packed with activities revolving around the Porsche front engine models and an event that no owner will want to miss.

Since its humble beginnings in 1999, the 944Fest has continued to bring Porsche 944 owners together around a common interest in the their cars. Every year the event grows and this years 944Fest proves to be no exception. 944Fest 2008 will be a jam packed weekend including a DE event, 944 Cup Racing, Car Show, Dyno Runs, Dinner, Camping and plenty of good people who enjoy their Porsche front engine cars. This is one event any Porsche owner does not want to miss.

Whats the next local airfield? And is it allowed to parachute-drop a924 in the middle of the event ?

Yeah, should't there be a 924 on a stage in the middle of the field and all 44 owners around it, worshipping the 'mother' of their cars...?

All front engine Porsches are invited to the event, so please dont be mislead by the name as there will be plenty of the 924, 928 and 968 models.
