I have a tool that came with my car, and I have no idea what it is for. It is the tool right below the tire in the picture.

Any imput would be really appreciated.

Lug nut wrench + jack stand wrench. I bet that jack has a thing with a hole through it you can stick that hook to turn it.

Alternately, it's for tightening lug nuts while twisting the earrings off of thugs.

It's for raising-lowering the scissors jack. The hooked end goes through a hole at the end of the jack that's hidden behind the tire in that pic.

I have been using a metal bar that also came with the car for that, so if the wrench looking thing is for rasing the jack, whats the metal bar for??? (You can see it in the tool kit in the picture)

I think thats to turn the lug nut wrench with, also in the tool wrap.

The original tool that you inquired about is definately for the jack..

Got exactly the same jack setup in my daily driver..
