I'd love a fridge, stereo I've got, I need my CBC while I work.
For now the beer/pop sits in the snow outside. I'll need a better plan for the summer if it ever arrives. _________________ 1987 951 - M193 Version for Japan |

Noticed me and Vaughn have the same taste in rolling tool boxes. Craftsman, the best choice when you're not willing to pay for Snap-On. _________________ 1987 951 - M193 Version for Japan |

I'm looking for inspiration... come on! I have dumped oil, ATF, antifreeze, moly lube, and God knows what else on my nice clean concrete (it was clean last October, until I bought this car!). I always thought Porsche garages were supposed to be spotless until I started working on this leaky, drippy beast...

Be sure to get strong shelving for all your spares
And a stout workbench to hold all your projects

I hear ya about the family. I have 8yo triplets. It's only been the last few tyears that I finely have had time to get back to projects. Oh and I have a 1/2 acre lot to mow.
Last fall I got rid of 3 other project cars, one form the driveway and two others from my 2 car garage. (I had 3 in the garage along with all my parts and tools!) The garage seems big now with only one car. I had my 944/924 Carrera GTS project, a 1975 Super Beetle and 1950 Willys pich-up in the garage. I needed to make space so I could concentrate on my Porsche. Besides, with the kids I may never have gotten to the other cars. |

LOL... actually I just gave that one away, upgraded to a NEW Craftsman... big beasty, 15-drawer with ball-bearing slides and griplatches. Bada$$!! _________________ Vaughan Scott

Ha, Steve, welcome to the party! I didn't think you ever stopped by here..
Here's Steve at our home track, with me and Chris - Steve's formerly black ITS/944Cup 924S is in the back:
It's now sporting a very nice white/blue Rothmans paint job... plus a few unexpected aero tweaks from the last race at VIR... _________________ Vaughan Scott
