Anybody have a diagram or something that would show what relation the cold side and the hot side are to the center body ? I cannot seem to get the right indexing to install the damn thing.

Good times! Loosen both housings, test fit, and tighten the housing bolts you can reach. Pop her back out, and tighten the rest. As I recall, I could actually get a wrench on all the cold side clamping bolts with the turbo installed.
