I have two loose wires lying around in my car and they are driving me crazy. If you guys could help me find where they go, I would really appreciate it. (man, my engine is a mess.... )

Heres numero uno...

It is the red plugin, I have no idea where it goes, It doesnt go to the CSV or the round thing that has a black hose connected (hose starts above cold start valve and leads to the round thing) to it.

No. 2

This red wire goes from the fuel pump, and ends up here...
I have no idea where the red wire goes to...maybe the fuse box?

Those are the two, and any help would be appreciated.

Number 2 is easy -- that's a hack by the previous owner to bypass the fuel pump relay.

That wire does not belong in your car.

Number 1 is interesting. To me it looks like your AAV is not connected properly, and I was thinking the connector might belong to the AAV.

Should I remove number 2?

It was probably bypassed because of a bad relay. So your car might nut run till you fix it right.

Well, that would explain why it wont run.

There is 3 plugs in the motor area.
The AAV, WUR and CSV.
All different colors. Blue, Brown/red and Black IIRC.
Blue is the CSV, cant remember the other 2 which is what.

You should try my job with the Dept of Defense.

Auxilliary air valve. its the round thing with the hose on one end going to the intake manifold.
Is the air intake boots off the throttle body for a reason?

lol, i have them off because it is easier to reach the injectors that way . So, the plug doesnt go to the CSV or the AAV, so i guess my question is, what does WUR stand for.

According to my perception of color that connector is brown. This corresponds to the thermo time switch mounted at the bottom of the coolant flange at the rear of the head.

The red wire on the pump is a botch job. IIRC stock is green/black 4.0 mm2. Runs from the pump, along the LH side of the car and resurfaces near the fuse panel and terminates at an insulated spade connector that leads to the FP relay. Would really suggest trying to return this to stock and repair any faulty wiring or relay.

Thought he was a electrician too.
Removed the Thermo time switch connection and put in a CSV bypass and fuel pump relay bypass.
Chrissake I hate people like that. Why dont they fix the fault instead of making things worse.

Jumping in late on this one.. but yep thats definately the thermo time switch connector.

It plugs in at the back of the engine below the oil pressure sendor. Not too easy to see, but pretty simple to hook up..

Looks like you will have to test the cold start system 2Fast. Pretty easy job to do.. Btw Ozzie is my electonics teacher
