Haven't even got to that point. I noticed the CGT line attaches from the passenger side of the car via banjo bolt. I wonder if it's expensive just to buy the correct part.

So Ryan, what ever happened with this? Your IC wouldn't be for sale, would it?

I still have it, it's sitting in the garage will all my other ignored and under funded projects - parts. One of these days I'll get the 931 (it's in Wyoming) down here and I'll check the engine over really good, compression check, inspect the cam and lifters etc....
I wrote about it in some post on here, but when I towed the car down from my old home to it's current resting place a spare wheel and tire fell/flew forward and knocked the car into gear, I'm not sure if it was 1st or 3rd. 1st gear would have overreved the engine I'm sure, I don't think 45-50 mph is possible in 1st gear and all.
So if the engine is toast I'll be selling the intercooler.

OOooo, ouch! 1st gear would have definatly caused some havoc. Probably 9500 rpm or so at 50mph. Was it hot when you got there? One good thing is 1st gear is on a bit of a detent so 3rd would be the more natural gear for it to land in.

I remember putting a new engine in an S-10 for a guy and he drove directly home and hooked it to the back of his motorhome and proceeded to drag it nearly 100 miles in first gear before someone flagged him down because it was on fire. He called to see if it was under warranty .

I actually only noticed much later when I put the key in to unlock the steering wheel, and there was enough charge to light the dash up on what was a completely dead battery, so I proceeded to roll the car off the dolly, and realized it was in gear, I didn't pay close attention when I took it out of gear to roll it back, but it was 1st or 3rd, hmmmmm

You know Rasta, I don't read every inane post on this board so I didn't really understand why you and others seemed to be ragging on poor wharris. The last couple days though, I have come realize you're doing us all a great big favor. Thank you.
