Mistaken for a Ferrari... Wow, that's a new one on me!
But all of my mates, without fail, have said they thought my car was brown When they see it for the second time and realise it's silver they go "Huh, I thought your car was brown?" Dunno where they get it from... my car is NOT brown (maybe it's some weird psychological illusion 'cause the interior's brown?)
Does this look brown to you?

So they think that brown car on the picture is silver? _________________ "Rule: Turbo's make torque, and torque makes fun." (C. Bell)

I, for one, am dissapointed on hearing this news . I thought it would be a pretty cool project done by someone who could actually pull it off! Oh well

Ive disrespected alot of cars doing this but i could never do it to my porsche!!..lucky for me porsche designed a few safety features for this...
1) two doors.... 2) small cramped back seats 3) a big bulge between the two back seats!!
The Porsche picks them up......the four dour lays them down

| Interesting, i thought it was only in countries like the philippines where the general public would mistake my 924 for a ferrari(no offense to anyone), which they have, especially when i pull into a gas station. And SHELL is one of the most common gas stations over here, so their always marketing the ferrari-shell relationship to make us buy their gasoline. Of course some of them read my badge and say, `oh PORSCHE`. I think the rx-7`s are probably good cars for the price, the rotary engine is always a subject for conversation. I do prefer the newer rx-7`s. There are a lot of good everyday cars around that would easily out perform my n/a 924, but the reason i bought my 924(other than the fact that its very affordable) is that it has the makings of a classic car, its a good looking car, it sometimes even looks like a ferrari.., its a porsche! |
