I don't agree with how the original poster is selling himself as a lawyer, but their requests are genuine to solve the multiple thefts that have gone on. The reasons to stay anonymous are murky in the public posts, but are also legitimate.
It's a shame any of this had to happen at all. There are a lot of good folks out there, but there is also no lack of people who just can't seem to live in a society with the rest of us.
Best of luck getting this resolved.
As a "ps" - mods, do you track the ip's of those who are banned or come back with multiple aliases (and personalities)? Perhaps it's just easy to fake an originating IP nowadays? _________________ 1980 931S

I am one of the many members on this forum that have been defrauded by the person with the alias of Nemesis, and readily admit that I was extremely sceptical when this topic arose.
Over the past two days I have been in communications with Street Legal, the forum administrators and other victims of this criminal and am now convinced of the legitimacy of the poster and of the genuine intension to pursue reimbursement for the victims involved. The identity and contact details of Street Legal and the associated attorney are known by myself and other individuals that are directly involved. Additionally, I fully appreciate the valid reason behind the apparent anonymity of the Street Legal team.
Without wishing to offend any other members of this board, if you have not been directly affected by the criminal involved there is no need for you to know any details and this matter does not concern you.
As much as I personally agree with Morghen`s method of collection, I accept that in the world`s most politically correct country there are laws and procedures that must be followed for a victim to justly reclaim what is rightly theirs, without themselves also being guilty of a criminal offense.
And its also a long way to go from Australia with a few mates carrying baseball bats!

Hope they get whats owed to you Roger.
I had some dealings with Nemesis and it went well for me.
Whether I was a lucky one is not an issue.

| Today we are very pleased to announce that we are one significant step closer to reaching a full and complete resolution. This morning, we met with "Nemesis" at our attorney's office. We now have in our possession signed, notarized, and legally binding settlement agreements for each of the original complainants. There are a number of outstanding demands that must be met in the coming days and weeks in order for the conditions of the agreements to be fully met. Once we have reached complete resolution, we will post back to this thread stating as such. |

Those of you that let me know about this, thank you.
Some details:
I have not been on the board(s) in a very long time. I am not hiding, up until 2 months ago I still resided at the same address and phone number. I did change email providers. I have since been forced to move.
My X-Wife to be and my kids are not part of the business nor has she ever been involved. They are no longer residing in the state of Florida, I however still am.
No we are not a bunch of crooks and no one has a need or right to accuse, insult, threaten or harass them.
Anyone who did, you know who you are. You have to live with yourself, oh and thanks that was just one more thing that helped her make her decision to leave.
No I don't need any pity and that doesn't excuse any obligations I have through the business. But if I hear of anyone contacting or harassing her or them further, I will take every legal action known to man against you.
No they don't know where Mark is, nor did I. I believe Street Legal has resolved that part of the mess as obviously they met with them.
I look forward to hearing from Street Legal and related parties.
My Business Name was HausBrauen as in that is the name on the business license
Other Business Names associated or coined with the business: HausBrauen Motoren & HBM
Employees/Partners Myself & my924gtc/Mark
Name on the Business was MINE, not Mark’s – Very expensive lessons learned. All about liability and debt. Yes not just for some customers, but myself by about 2 fold. If you think what has been posted by customers is bad, you have no idea the amount of debt trusting the wrong person can put you in, let alone associated costs. The worst parts are the things you didn't even know about, but find yourself having to pay off.
No that’s not my sob story, no I don't claim to be a victim, or all innocent and pure. Street Legal and associated group is settling certain issues, I still have mine to pursue and settle with a certain someone.
My Online handles – X3M944 & ESC944
NOT – HAUSBRAUEN, HBM, NEMESIS, OR ANY OF THE OTHERS CLAIMED TO BE ASSOCIATED WITH ME, OR USED BY SOMEONE ELSE, NOT SID, NOT MARK, ETC
THE ONLY PEOPLE EVER INVOLVED WITH THE BUSINESS DIRECTLY OR INDRECTLY WAS my924gtc & Ideola
Ideola or Dan was only involved in his assistance with setting up the website and related email of http://www.hausbrauen.com which he did for Mark as a favor or some such. I never developed or used that site. I had started my own web site. Beyond that I have had no direct dealings with Dan, nor can I enlighten you as to his association or friendship/association with Mark, if you want to know ask him. Stop asking me. He was not, nor has he been an employee of mine.
YES – HAUSBRAUEN IS THE BUSINESS NAME REGISTERED IN ORLANDO FLORIDA, BLOG NAME, WEBSITE, ETC, BUT NOT ANY HANDLE I HAVE EVER USED ON ANY OF THE PORSCHE OR OTHER FORUMS, EVEN MY BLOG SHOWS X3M944 on it
MY FORMER WEBSITE: www.forcefeedit.com & www.superboosted.com
If you check other non-porsche forums and areas you will find that same person who keeps changing their name was using various names including the HausBrauen name to post on a multitude of different forums. I did a quick search and was amazed at the amount of times some of the handles came up. These are not me, but that doesn’t matter, make your own conclusions.
I shut down everything but the Blog (no new posts) when I stopped selling and closed the business – poor customer relations, product delivery issues, etc are all symptoms, not the cause.
I am not going to discuss the reason for the downfall of the business. Make your own conclusions. Nor am I going to make excuses.
Yes I have gotten into pissing matches with a few of you over everything from my ideas to the business. I know that my choice in business practices/partners led to most of that.
None of this changes my opinion about boost or that it can and has been done.
Despite the failure of one product sent to Daveo, other superchargers have and continue to function as designed and applied. Daveo’s unit is under warranty and can be returned, I have been in contact with him, he is not associated with me, nor is anyone else who has ever supported me, that is known to not be my924gtc/mark masquerading as someone else.
Yes Nemesis has on other forums gone so far as to attack me, or support others with regard to issues associated with the business. No this was not my doing, my idea or anything of the kind, in fact when I sent Nemesis a message calling him out on it, he responded that I was not who he thought he was.
On the matter of the supercharger not delivered to one member - he did receive every other item he ever ordered, quicker than expected with one problem- wrong gauge supplied by vendor. The outstanding balance is an issue to be resolved.
I am aware that after I stopped doing business - other transactions and business occurred initially but ceased when using my business name was no longer a viable option for a certain someone. They changed names/handles, phone numbers and moved, then restarted.
I contacted a few members of this and other forums and advised them that my924gtc was using other handles and names, but no one was convinced. I even pointed to specific details and items.
I am not Geoff /Thomas Knight of Thomas Knight Turbo – www.boosthead.com
I have contacted Street Legal.
If anyone wants to contact me, send hate mail or whatever, here is my email address esc944@yahoo.com
I look forward to putting an end to any problems associated with me or the business and clearing up my name.
Feel Free to attack, flame, pick apart my post, whatever, it is expected.
Thank you. |

well not been on the board for a time, nice to see things in full flame
I can see the venom of people that lost out, but shit happens, businesses go tits up every day,
haw many people got there stuff from esc?
haw many got ripped off?
ho is street leagle chasing? mark or wess?
I got my stuff (not all) but most of it, & ok it did not last but that’s partly my fault for thrashing it without resistance to stop it spinning so fast.
wess has been in touch with me regarding this & has asked for the unit back, and offered to replace it.
all I can ask, is point out the person you r chasing, is it mark or wess
street make it clear so we all know
(if my spelling is shit its late in the uk & the cider is not helping)
just my input no flaming
Dave
