I love endurance racing. I got hooked when the IMSA series was on ESPN in the late 80’s – early 90’s (not sure exactly) with entry’s from Toyota, Chevrolet, Nissan and of course the Porsche 962’s such as the Rothmans Porsche and the 962 sponsored by B.F. Goodrich that ran street tires. I also like the current Grand Am racing with the Porsche Vs. Pontiac duels that have been going on this year. Love those Porsche’s (eddy Cheever's racings Ruby Tuesday car) Man those Pontiac’s have been tough though).
These are real race cars not like (can’t stand) NASCAR. Who can get excited about a Ford Tarus going in circle’s?
Hey Mr. Rasta, didn’t American Lemans Series run at PIR last year because I see Portland is not on the schedule this year. _________________ 1980 924 N.A. Monaco Blue owned since 1987
