I recently purchased a 1987 Porsche 924S and I need to do some electrical work on it. I can not seem to find a 924S Haynes anywhere. Could I use the 944 Haynes for the wiring diagrams?

Thank You.

Yes, the 944 manual will give you engine and wiring info. The 924 manual will give you everything else.

There are several versions of both the Haynes 924 and 944 manuals. Look at the cover of the manuals to see what model years they cover (you need a 924 manual that covers up to 1982, and the 944 manual that covers up to 1989).

You need the later version of both the 924 and 944 manuals to cover most of the components of a 924S. You still won't have the correct wiring diagram, to get that, you need to buy the Porsche Factory Workshop Manual.
