| I have heard that some newer 944`s came with power sunroof.. is a conversion possible? i mean, can i swap an electric sunroof with the standard one in my `76 924? what would the issues be, and what would have to be changed? |

If it makes you happy do it.
My 944 had electric and it always leaked. I parted it out and kept the motors. Taking it out was difficult and I cannot imagine putting one it. My opinion is to check the sizes of the removable tops before you try it. They may be different. _________________ "Never let them see you sweat"

I believe the only part of the roof that's automated is the pop up feature. It doesn't slide and disappear the way others do. After it pops up, you still have to pull it out manually and store it in the back hatch.
Someone correct me if I'm wrong. If I'm right, someone send me some kind of gift, okay? Nothing big. DVD player would be nice. _________________ '80 924 n/a SOLD |

I believe I posted this earlier and people said it would be a bear to mount and get everything working properly.
I'd like to put a power tilt roof in my car too, so if you figure something out, post it up. _________________ [This Space For Rent] |
