So I picked up my car today.....(warning, it's rough)

Well, I got it for free, it's a 1979, the main body is rust free. Just some rust on the front from a wreck that was repaired badly.





This is the basis for my Carerra Gt clone.....

SHe runs great, the PO rebuilt the head. It needs a good bath, a battery, some tires, fluids changed, and a shift coupler before I will drive it though.

There's nothing more expensive than a cheap Porsche... but that one is free, and looks better than my 924, so I guess I'll just sulk off into the corner
