Heres an interesting new vehicle.

http://www.pocket-lint.co.uk/news.php?newsId=4490

I used to own a MK1 Scirocco, that was race prepped.

The MK1 was lighter than the golf/rabbit, and had the same fuel injected motor.

If you can get hold of a MK1, and fit a 2 litre turbocharged motor, nothing will get near you.

I could lift mine up at the back, squat lift, clear 1 foot off the ground !!!!

I kick myself for selling it, had no idea how light it was, compared to other cars of this category.

Looks like it came out the opposite end of this one...

It's also how the Touareg (which we know as the Cayenne) is made.

LOL

I'm not to fond of the new ones....

Here in the US VW has the Touareg and Porsche has the Cayenne. Both are... well.... Les then the height of mechanical desirability

Yes. I guess it could be considered "innovative" to use dog sh*t as an engineering base... not necessarily good, though.

isn't the corrado the scirocco replacement? that looks nothing like a scirocco, looks like something from the fast and the furious.

Whats this, 924 reverse psychology ?

924 owners bitching out a VW because its not really a Porsche ?

about as innovative as using a whole continent as penal colony(base), you should be thankful your not driving a wheelbarrow, to carry around your ball and chain

The gayenne is just a waste of space (and a considerable amount of other resources).

OK, that doesn't make a whole lot of sense..? I was being sarcastic, in case you didn't notice. On the other hand, it was pretty innovative to use an island as a penal colony.

Sticking a Porsche badge on a VW truck is boring... at best.

Boring like that green thing at the top of the page.
