Are you planning on suck or blow through.... I'd be intreseted to know how'd you'd mount a suck though... sc suck through yes, turbo hmmm... I'll let you figure that one out...
are you intercooling as well??
Sounds like your serious , but have a very small budget...
As for running from the cops... well that's just silly... your going to need to improve those social skills...
good luck with your project...

P.S. I keep reading your name as "Dr. Bob"
Anyone remember Veterinarian's Hospital from The Muppet Show? "Dr. Bob, Dr. Bob!"
Which leads me to "Pigs in Space"
Even the title announcement cracks me up "PIGS... IN... SPACE!!!"
Anyone looking for a modern Aussie interpretation need go no further than Triple J, part of the Australian Broadcasting Corporation, where you can download an MP3 of Spacegoat.

Bob already knows the answers to all his own questions anyway. You know when you just meet someone...and you can tell in 2 minutes you don't like them..................... _________________ 1976 924

Just finding out the odds and ends of this car is the main thing. I do not want to get way into it then find out I cant do this, or cant do that due to this and that. |

My plan was blow through. SC is my first choice, but if turboing helps my budget alot I would do it. Intercooling was going to be done eventually. Wether I did it as soon as I got the SC or TC on, I dunno. Yeah the budget is what makes the choices so difficult. |

But not alot benifit is going to come from those bored intake ports with that stock throttle body (note: throttle body is an Audi 5000 unit, larger than stock) and intake. When comparing to the valve size, looks like the exhaust port is a little restricted. Intake, not so much. From what I can see from the pics. |
Yeah, thanks for the tips. Based on your previous posts in this thread I'm not putting much stock in your advice. Please prove me wrong by building an enourmously powerfull 924 engine that will let you outrun any cop, just like on your X-Box games. My guess is you won't do that, you'll hang around for a little while, get bored, then leave. _________________ 1987 951 - M193 Version for Japan |
