Wow that would explain why the hatch doesnt open right on that side haha. I can safely say it wasn't my dumb mistake haha. Yea it might take me awhile to get my 17 year old brain able to understand the wiring diagrams they look confusing as poop.

You last picture of the wire by the E-Brake is the E-brake light sensor...It should plug into the base of the E brake just under the handle IIRC. When the E-brake handle is raised it turns on the Brake light on your dash or in the gauge cluster.
