Hello Guys ,
With all the updated and modified cars being done around the globe, by forum members , Should we still have to look everyday at the same old pic for what seems like an eternity.
It is time for an update ! _________________ 928 gts prototype

Well, we would... but that's the largest documented gathering of running 924s, and we're damned proud of it. _________________ '81 931 in various states of assembly |

lol - is this another wave of interest? will it last long enough to get us half way there?
I've been campaigning for months for this to happen. I've got the new site template built, content started, but I don't have time to get all the rest of the content reorganized.

(and my signature)
Sorry to sound any bit bitter, but I've found that many folks are willing to introduce the idea and even offer a lending hand. But ther have only been a hand full to pull through. I understand everyone has busy lives, I guess it just seems to me that we aren't out to win any awards with the site so it just doesn't seem to get bumped up on anyone's priority list - yes including mine.

Sigh,
Just a new pic guys, is it really that much work just to update the pics. _________________ 928 gts prototype

I just guess that if you would like to see something happen, I would suggest actually finding the images you would like to see in the place you would like to see them and then ask if they could be placed there in what ever fashion you think is appropriate. With a majority everyone having only this tool as the means of communication (i.e. infrequent face to face meetings) it would speed things up to actually present the idea in full detail. I've been doing web development for 10 years and I'm just speaking from experience - especially from here.
Its not that the actual task is difficult, it is the coordination and communication challenges that a vitual community brings that can result in no action. _________________ 924.org (no time to complete)

I can change the pic tonight if we've got a good one; I don't want to simply post another picture of my own racecar... I've got my own site for that. Just put in a link... _________________ Vaughan Scott

Could you set it up so that every day or so it changes? We can just have everyone send a picture or two, or three in and randomly change...
You could use this one..

I have enough pictures to last for a year lol.
Does that sound like a cool idea? Changing the pic every other day or every few days.. _________________ [This Space For Rent] |

Guy's,
My suggestion a new pic every month, the pics should be sent to the mod who chooses and weed out the crazies. there are enough good projects that can be featured from forum users , heck i would start with that crazy 700 bhp v8 transplant from the UK the yellow zonka !
