Hi,
The gas fumes I've been ignoring apparently are coming from a fuel leak near the fuel pump. Its not from the fuel pump directly, but from what my dad tells me fuel is dripping from above the fuel pump onto it.
Anyone have an idea where the fuel is coming from?
It would be amazing to drive the 924 without the smell of gas, so any input is greatly appreciated. _________________ 1986 944 | 1978 924 (FS) | 1982 931 | 1980 931 |

Very likely the line going to the accumulator or the accumulator itself. _________________ Porsche 924 1984 (UK import) NA

I agree with Ozzie. Most like the Accumulator.
Check it by removing the screw from the bottom of it. If fuel comes out then the accumulator needs replacing. Be aware that a new accumulator will cost you more than a new fuel pump! _________________ TJ
