I have replaced all of my banjo bolts and copper sealing washers that connect the fuel lines to injectors. I even resurfaced all the sealing points on the injectors and banjo fittings. No longer is there fuel leaking from these places...

However it is still leaking, and after a closer inspection, its coming out of the fuel line near the end of the banjo fitting itself. I was wondering, exactly how do these banjo fittings seal onto the end of the hose? Mine are apparently loose... could I possibly tighten them to stop the leaking?

that depends on what hoses are leaking, if it is the lines from the dizzy to the injectors or the WUR/cold start, then you need to replace, if larger lines then you can cut the steel sleeve off and remove the old hose entirely and then put new hose on, use 2 or 3 hose clamps to seal it though.

Ok so if I get some new banjo fittings, how do I attach them to the hoses?

You can pull the hoses off and take them to a hydralic hose / repair shop. They'll rebuild them using new hose and re-using your original ends. By far the best way to fix leaks between the hose and fittings. The charge is typically not bad either.
