I'm not sure if that would look good on a 924, it's kind of hard to tell until you see it on your car.

aftermerket wheels can look good on a 924. I would get gunmetal or black rims for a 924 that arent' too flashy.

I would prefer porsche rims though.

No, sucks. I still have to wait another 12 or so days until those 2 coolant flange hoses/ paper gasket come in.

right now its -2 degrees outside and my engine has no coolant in it and there is possible some water in my oil hopfefully my engine won't get messed up. Its still sitting ouside under covers.

my battery will probably be flat again by that time, I got it fully charged 3 weeks ago and I removed the negative.

I saw virtually identical wheels on a 924 in the UK. They had the suspension lowered slightly and the rear wheels were spaced out a bit more than standard. It look great without being pikey or ricey.

Almost every 17 inch rim looks good on 924, trust me. Of course, it's a matter of taste, but it gives 924 some kind on "freshness", especially when the car is lowered a bit.

Personally, I'm not that crazy about any of the standard Porsche wheels. I used to work for the leading wheel manufacturer in the world (in terms of market share), and Porsche wheels are quite boring and unimaginative compared to what's available on other cars.

IMO, I really like the wheels you pointed out, and think they would look great. If the car is a daily driver, and not a concourse, then by all means, put on some cool wheels that you like to freshen up the look.

Nice job morghen, but remmber the rims would look larger than those 14" ones you've based it on. each to their own!
