Remove the air conditioner compressor

I can get all the bolts out except one, which hits on the pulley at the front and wont go any further. I've removed the nut on the front of the pulley, but cant get the pulleys off. do I need a puller? cause i dont have one. i tried bashing stuff (i dont wanna keep the air con, just need to get rid of it), but to no avail.

anyone got any ideas what i can do?

Which bolt won't come out? Are you trying to remove just the compressor or are you taking off the bracket it mounts to also? Usually you can leave the compressor mounted to the bracket and take the whole thing out together.
Good luck.

Did the air con work?
I can definitely use one here.

As D Hook said, remove the bracket from engine.

from what i could see the front bracket appears to be part of the engine. perhaps i'm wrong. i'll have more of a look at it tonight.

ozzie. i have no idea if it worked or not. at the minimum it needed regassing, but it was getting in the way of me playing with the fuse box earlier in the year, so i ripped out all the inside stuff a while ago. and while i have the redaitor out, i thought i'd get rid of the compressor too.

your more than welcome to what I have for freight alone

i must warn you that some of the hoses have been butchered, but all the fittings are present (as far as i know). obviously i offer no guarantees as to the quality or suitability of any of the parts for any purpose.

just PM me with the address, and as soon as i get it all apart (hopefully tonight), i'll box it up and get a price on shipping.
