Scott,
I may have his home phone number around here someplace. Should I find it, I will send it to you. He lives not too far from me... _________________ Dave

I'm right here.
1. Anyone expecting parts from me will have a PM/email today including your tracking info.
2. Anyone expecting $ from me will have a PM/email today containing a pathetic apology...ummm I mean a sincere request for a bit more patience.
3. Anyone expecting both will have all of the above. |

Which category would you fall under?
That is what you have received.
Also expect a visit from a dark stranger...wearing a funny hat. |

Why is it so hard to ship some damn parts? It happened to me a bunch of times before I got fed up and stopped buying from individuals on the net. People will GLADLY take your money and then can't seem to find the time to ship the parts. THEN, they get bent when you ask if sometime before the seasons change you could have the parts you already paid for! I just don't get it. _________________ Dan Flanagan--2002 VW Jetta TDI, 83 Mercedes 300D,83 Mercedes Euro-240D |

nothing bent here Dan, just a few friends working out some logistical problems.
I can't speak for your experiences with web purchases as you have never dealt with me in any way, but more often than not it is a series of unfortunate instances that lead to a lag in service.
Stupid things like... the day you plan to do some shipping you pull in the garage from a trip to the store and your wife greets you at the door picking yellow jackets out of here hair because she was attacked while you were out. An 8 hour trip to the ER and 25 stings later you take her home. As you are pulling out of the hospital parking lot her cell phone rings with news that her closest G-ma has finally passed away, in Kansas. Guess what, you are not shipping anything anytime soon coz you are getting ready for a week long excursion to handle that.
I could go on but why?
