| I say that it's pronounced with two syllables "poor-sha". My wife says that that's a woman's name, and that the correct way to say it is like the porch on the house, except with an "s" instead of a "c". |

it is a family name, and the pair of german women that I know have always said it Por sha, as well that is how they pronounce it at the dealership. _________________ 3 928s, |

i say porsh, just because i like the sound. It is definatley poor-sha though. _________________ late 1979 porche 924, red 2.0l NA 5speed snailshell
