I was at Pocono this weekend to meet Jeremy and his father. Nice family and really close.
We have quite a few 924 guys near this track and we should get together and watch as some of us run our cars.
This will be our last event of the year and it would be nice to have a showing of 924s at least in the paddock.

We are a very friendly club. This will be a very big event so you have to sign up now. They will give out long sleeve shirts for the entrants.

I think Jeremy and his father might come, EMoore you are near, I will be there, Soyracer?, and others should come to cheer us on.

Okay so it might be a little far. I drove the 120 miles to and 120 back to Pocono in the rain as I told Jeremy I would come to watch him race.

What kind of event is it in Oct? Driver's school? Club Race? 944 cup?

I just put my check in the mail today for Saturday October 8th. Assuming the green run group has not filled up and the car passes Tech Inspection, I will look for you.

Sounds like I need a fire extinguisher and mount in order to participate. Time to start shopping around.

You have to have it inspected before you go to the track by an authorized Porsche repair shop which you can find in your region by going to the website or look in the monthly magazine. No charge for this inspection. None at the track either.
Mount the exting. to the floor or seat. Make sure no loose parts, battery, leaks none, brakes are good, tires good, no loose wires etc., top off water and oil and bring some oil you may need it.

I will be there in the white group or come down to the green group if we get more guys. I really am in the black group but I don't want to be a rolling chicane for the 911 etc. So I dropped down a notch.
