I work at a diesel truck shop to say the least we are not politicaly correct it's not uncommon even for the women that work there to yell something out that would make a sailor bulsh.

One of the women that works there keeps complaining about the bad language used by other employess and customers. We have several offices upstairs that aren't used instead of putting her in one of them the general manager decides to build an office down stairs for her. The general manager and the janitor get some metal studs and some drywall and try to build an office. I know they measured the distance between the studs when the put them up I don't know what measurement they used because when they put the drywall up the seams didn't end at a stud, they put it up anyways then relocated the studs to match the seams for the outer wall then they put up the drywall inside the office they somehow managed to have 8 to 12 inches from the seams to the nearest stud they put it up anyways. The wall is only secured to the floor they didn't secure it to the ceiling or other walls. They bought a pound of premix drywall compound 3 times before the bought a 5 pound pail of it then the finally figured out they needed a 50 pound bucket of it. They painted it light gray then, they decided it didn't match the rest of the building so they painted it dark gray then, they painted it red finaly, they figured out the rest of the building is painted white.

Also we had a mobile gantry crane used as an engine hoist that they built at the shop. It was built using metal that was way to thin with poor engineering and very poor welds. They painted 2 ton capacity on it. Well the saftey officer from headquarters came though and saw all the welds cracking on it. He had a tech remove the chain hoist from it and put a condemed tag on it. As soon as he left the manager had a tech reinstall the chain hoist, weld over the craked welds and change it to 1/2 ton capacity and put it back in use. The next time the saftey guy came out he made them take it down again then ordered 4 profesional built gantry cranes on his expense acount that gets builded to our shop while he is in town. They didn't want to throw out the home built gantry crane even though it is a saftey hazard and cost our shop around $10k because of the new gantry cranes the saftey officer ordered. So they put the crane over in the new truck lot against a shed and put some tires against it to keep it from rolling, well a big windstorm came through and it blew the crane into a brand new bus.
