I have already replaced the head unit, rear 4x6 speakers, put in 12" sub with Blaupunkt PCA250. I'm looking to replace the 4x6 up front and then add another amp powering two more mid-range speakers.

What is the best size speaker to add?

Do I need to seperate the speakers inside my box?

Does anyone know about the "Nitro BMW" amps?

And finally, would it be better to run the sub at 150w and the other speakers at 100w/each OR to run the sub at 200w and the others at 50w/each

Thanks

My thoughts:

Each woofer should be in its own ported enclosure.

I think you need to add some tweeters....

50 Watts is more than enough for the midrange speakers and tweeters, just make sure you use and setup the crossover correctly.

I thought 50w would be enough. I was wondering between round, oval and then size. I've seen round up to 8" and ovals up to 7x10, I have no idea what the advantages of the different sizes are. and between oval and round are.
The 4x6 I want for the front have a Removable Tweeter for Remote Mounting.
