hi,

when I flip the switch of the headlights nothing happens except the headlights begin to shine (and I also have high beam). The headlights won't go up and the bumper lights and rear lights aren't shining. I checked the switch and I noticed one red cable (30) at the rear, so I checked it on continue voltage but there is any voltage. Are there any fuses in between of this cable (because I checked all the fuses and they where alright.) I also noticed a black box in between of the bleu/grey cable on the back of the switch with a fuse in it. (Is this normal) I had some problems with the diode of the headlightmotor some weeks ago but i can't imagine this to be the reason for this problem.

greetings from Holland, Chrizzzie

I had a lighting problem with some, but not all of your symptoms. My headlights would light, but would also pop up, while the other lights both front and rear did not light. In addition, when this happened, the dash lights didn't turn on either. The problem was with the wiring connections to the back of the fuse-relay box. -So you might try reaching down behind the fuse-relay panel and wiggle the wires around a bit. If you can get the headlights to pop-up and/or the other lights to turn on while doing this, you'll know where the problem is.
