oh yeah,
does the air volume space in the area of the intake just behind the TB, prior to head matter? is it necessary?
i'm trying to fabricate an intake that floats over the driver's side instead ...

so how can one change the ring and pinion ratio to 4.556?
is that just transplanting the ring and pinion from the diesel?

ha
to be quite honest, the way the 1.9 TDI gets up and moves a jetta at 90HP - (a car almost 1000lbs heavier than mine) - i am thinking i'd be quite pleased somewhere between 150 and 175HP. ya know.. ...
