The fitting spec:
Filter side - male threads, M14x1.5
Fuel line side - female threads M16x1.5 machined to seal against a Porsche fuel line. |

I will answer my own question.
Different sources claim different locations for the relay because the relay box and fuse box vary by year. The info below only applies to 1981 and 1982.
