Here is what I don't understand:

it's about:

I checked voltages on the connector that goes TO the headlight motor, and they where wrong.

So why so many posts refering to search/clean etc bei ...

found it! A loose wire contact at the back of the big contactblock on the headlight switch inside the car (a bit of a snake act) caused the headlights to constantly flip
