the sensor switch thing is on the hose/line, and they are separatE (and cut), almost like a thermo temp switch on the radiator (except this is probably some sort of pressure switch i would guess)

sorry, a few weeks ago i wasnt very clear on results, so i just retested (car takes a while to run smooth while warming up for a couple min)

hmmm, not sure of timing of problem, since it needed a certain time window after a longer drive to happen.
it did seem when i did my pressure tests that simetimes its wouls hold pressure for a while ...
