I think the biggest advantage for you would be the ECU upgrade.

The banjo fitting on the pump is not a barbed fitting is it? It is metal and then has rubber hose crimped on it like high pressure hydraulic lines.

Hoping we dont have to pull the trans

Just use megasquirt. It works.
