uhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh discovered a VERY broken wire that is blue and yellow on the backside of the engine close to the firewall and between the distributor and ignition coil.

Update: the spark plug wires were CRUSTYYYY on the metal boots that go around the spark plugs. Did not realize they were that bad when we changed the plugs. That probably was not helping anything. The ...

The actual fuel filter is (or should be!!) up under the hood by the LF strut tower. Easy to find if you trace the fuel lines up there.
