| Thanks for the replies, I don't think it is a mechanical issue as if I supply 12V to the green pin the lights go down as you would expect. |

| Tested resistance between pin 57k (which I think goes to the green wire on the headlight motor) and X when the switch is in the off position and it is reading ~0 Ohms, so I guess the switch is ok? |
