I just rebuilt the parking brakes and replaced the cables on my 924S. There is no guide tube required. The end of the cable housing simply butts up against the hole in the trailing arm.

| Yeah, um, those cookies in your pictures don't really fit. The proper offset for a 924S is 52.3mm. Cookies have an offset of 23.3mm for early 944 or pre-1990 911. |

Well, brand new with bushings installed the stamped steel arms are dirt cheap. Paragon has them listed for under $30.00 and the ball joints for about $15.00
