Got it all working, all I had to do was push on the gauge from the backside and it popped out, the bulb was actually good but the connector was loose, thanks guys

After re-welding the muffler once myself and having it come apart again, My exhaust now seems to be cracked/leaking from just in front of the catalytic converter.
